PowerlinePRO v4.0 Pricing:

Pricing is Based on a Variety of Factors:

A. One-Time Account Setup Fee: $499.00 (this includes your first month $499.00 monthly fee)
B. Monthly Fee: $499.00 per month (after your first month) we host your member backoffice and admin backoffice for you all you host is the tour pages and the lead capture pages
C. If you wanted to purchase the software and have no monthly fees you can do so for $3,999.99 and own a complete license good for 1 website/company.

Other Fees You Will Need to Consider When Starting Your Marketing System:

Bandwidth: Your account will be allotted 100 Gigs of outgoing bandwidth each month. We can provide you with a report from our Hosting Company as it pertains to your Service. Excess Bandwidth Above 100 Gigs: $2.00 per Gig or $1.00 per Gig if 100 Gigs are purchased in advance in 100 Gig blocks. This is a fee our hosting company charges us. If this fee should change, that change will be reflected on your monthly billing.

Data Hosting Fee: Your account will be allotted 25 Megabytes of Hard Disk Storage Space on our servers for your membership and tour taker database only. If you should exceed your 25 Megabyte storage limit, we will need to upgrade the server hard drive storage capacity. This will reflect in your monthly billing statement at the current rate our hosting company charges us for the upgrade.

You Will Need Your Own Server or Web Hosting Account: We suggest setting up your own server as you now have full control over your Marketing System. Servers can start from $120.00 up to thousands of dollars. Realistically, you can get a good server for between $120.00 and $400.00 depending on the server and the Hosting Company. Shared web hosting accounts can start at $25.00 and go upwards of a couple hundred dollars. It is not recommended that you do a shared hosting account as you will be sending a large number of emails from your marketing system and that can quickly get your shared hosting account shut down.

Your Web Hosting Requirements to run PowerlinePRO v4.0:

Apache 1.2 or higher with Red Hat Linux 8 or Higher (NO windows servers)
Apache Compiled with Module Rewrite (Most servers and hosting account come standard with this. If yours does not, your host can install this for you.)
PHP 4.3.2 or higher
Zend Engine for PHP
PHP compiled with CURL (Most servers and hosting account come standard with this. If yours does not, your host can install this for you.)
FTP for file upload - this is for you to upload your web pages and images

Bounce Software Manager: We recommend you purchase the Boogie Tools bounce software. This software can be extremely helpful in managing bad emails that have bounced back to your server. Managing your bounced email messages can mean the difference between getting your emails through to such ISP's as AOL and MSN then getting banned from these services. The Boogie Tools bounce software is integrated into the PowerlinePRO software. The cost of the BoogieTools bounce service is a 1-time $349.00 fee that we highly recommend. We will even help you set this up. You'll only need this software once you begin to receive a high number of bounced emails are get tired of unsibscribing bounced emails manually from your admin back office.

Website Design and Content: If you are doing your own website design and writing your own tour content, then this will not cost you any money. If you need a quality website, you may want to first look at a template design company called Template Monster or contact a local designer that can help you create a strong marketing system look and feel. Price will vary depending on designer and if you purchase a template from template monster or other such services.

Secure Certificate Fee: If you desire us to host your merchant payment pages or allow secure member and admin back office login, we will need to purchase a Secure Certificate. This fee will be charged to you and reflected in your next monthly fee at the current rate our hosting company charges us. This is an annual fee. We use only Top Level certificates. We will only use certificates affiliated and provided by our hosting company. If you host your own merchant payment pages, you will need to purchase and install your own certificate on your server. Certificate Fees vary depending on what level you purchase and where it is hosted. If you use a service such as PAYPAL to process your marketing system member fees, you will not need a Certificate as they host your payment pages. We can give you our opinions of using a service like PAYPAL or STORMPAY with our Free Consultation.

You decide to use PAYPAL as your merchant and you charge a $19.99 per month fee for people to use your system. Let's say in your first month you enroll 200 members in your marketing system. You decide to handle all bounced emails yourself.

Data Fee: $0 (we have never seen a system exceed their data hosting with only 200 members nor even come close!)

You want to setup a Marketing System using PowerlinePRO. You  want to own the software yourself and manage everything including the member and admin backoffice. Let's say in your first month you enroll 200 members in your marketing system. You use the boogie tools bounce software to help manage your bounced emails.
